Proteomics Test
Proteomics is the large-scale analysis of proteins to investigate gene function in humans. Protein micro-characterization of proteins can be used to investigate when and where proteins are expressed, how proteins are modified (for example, post-translational modifications – PTMs), differential comparison of protein levels and associated diseases, a protein’s interaction with another particular protein of interest, the involvement of proteins in metabolic pathways and many other investigative applications.
Proteomics Test
Virant Diagnostics can help you elucidate biochemical markers amongst the complex network innate to our biological systems. Using our mass-spectrophotometry technology we are able to capture molecules of interest including proteins, metabolites, drugs, medications, chemicals and environmentally derived small molecules.
