Virant Diagnostics operates a technology-driven, high-complexity laboratory equipped with advanced platforms for next-generation sequencing, Sanger sequencing, digital PCR, real-time PCR, mass spectrometry, automated molecular testing, nucleic acid extraction, and immunoassay analysis. Our instrumentation includes Illumina sequencing systems, Applied Biosystems genetic analyzers and real-time PCR platforms, QIAGEN digital PCR systems, a SCIEX LC-MS platform, and automated systems from Roche, bioMérieux, Cepheid, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Agilent, and Phadia.
